McMorris Rodgers Said She Only Supported An Abortion Exception When The Life Of The Mother Was At Risk. According to the Spokesman Review McMorris Rodgers said, “I am pro-life. I am opposed to abortion in all instances, except when the life of the mother is at stake. I believe life begins at conception and the most vulnerable of our society should be protected. I do not believe the federal government should fund or require insurance companies to fund abortions.
